BalletConnect™ applies the innovative concept of Movement Synchronization & Rhythm ™️ as an exercise program to offer the fundamentals of ballet to mainstream athletes and workout enthusiasts of all ages, all levels and backgrounds.
It is a unique cross-training/maintenance program safe and adaptable to everyone’s needs to experience a complete graceful YOU whether you are a student, a competitive athlete, a parent or, a beautiful ageless being.

It is composed of low-to-medium adjustable impact, with combinations of up to 8 simple, modified ballet steps taken to a medium-to-high intensity rhythm across all planes and different spatial directions while being synchronized to the different tempos of an inspiring pre-selected music. You will sweat, fire up your brain, work your balance and strength. It incorporates slow, fast & powerful movement as well as stretch.

This program enhances the Osteokinematics with the importance of linking steps (or flow) rather than exercising in a static manner while multi-tasking your brain and building up on an effortless grace and elegance.
