BalletConnect Barre and Center
This 60-mn class combines the strengthening portion of a barre exercises with a center flow class moving in different directions and planes of motions.
It starts with a progressive barre class performed to the Right and Left, with some repetitions for 30mn. The remainder of the class is happening in the center followed by (2) Flows each made up of slow sustained exercises to build strength and balance/ faster beat exercises to improve speed and jumps / powerful exercises across space for a complete cardio workout. In this program, you’ll learn how to use linking, transitional steps to build up on grace and posture.
The class ends with a core & back exercise, stretch and reverence. This is a great class to experience complete “Movement Synchronization and Rhythm”.
Optional mat or floor towel needed. Great fit for Ballet, Barre, Fitness and Yoga studios- Portable or fixed Barre required
