BalletConnect Center Work
This 60-mn class is a flow class moving in different directions and planes of motions. It starts with a warm-up session laying down on the mat and standing on both feet, followed by (3) Flows each made up of slow sustained exercises to build strength and balance/ faster beat exercises to improve speed and jumps / powerful exercises across space for a complete cardio workout. The class ends with a core & back exercise, stretch and reverence.
In this program, you’ll learn how to use linking, transitional steps to build up on grace and posture.
This is a great class to experience complete “Movement Synchronization and Rhythm”.
Optional mat or floor towel needed. Great fit for Ballet, Barre, Fitness and Yoga studios- No barre needed
