Each session begins with a movement assessment, class terminology and principles of spatial awareness, breathing exercises, a warm-up moving in all planes and directions. The class concludes with stretches and a reverence.

This 2-hour BalletConnect workshop will give your students a thorough introduction to the fundamentals of ballet technique. The session will start with a 30-minute overview of ballet terminology, core movements, and the art form’s guiding principles. Next, we’ll delve into the wide-ranging benefits that ballet can provide for cross-training athletes, competitive dancers, injury recovery, and elderly participants. The workshop will then conclude with a 60-minute signature class, allowing attendees to apply the covered concepts through floor work, center exercises, and barre work.
