This 60-mn center flow class will move you from slow to fast pace across 6-8 steps in different directions and planes of motions and in a progressive interval manner where you can select your level of impact and cardio.
This 60-mn no impact class is mostly performed laying down or seated on the floor mat. It strengthens the core & spine for an optimal alignment while using your own body weight and resistance in a sustained controlled movement for leg isolation & mobility and turnout.
In this 60-mn class you will spend 30mn at the barre for support working on your right and left side alternatively in a combination of slow to faster exercises followed by a 30mn of center flow work to move you at different pace, in different directions and in a progressive interval manner where you can select your level of impact and cardio.

Classes are 60-mn in length composed of progressive multisensory integration via intervals training upon different musical rhythms from warm-up, to Adagio (Flow), Petit Allegro (Strength/Speed) to Grand Allegro (Powerful/Cardio) followed by Core & Back, Stretch and Reverence.Â

- Warm-up
- (3) progressive FLOWS made up of interval training with option to choose your appropriate level of impact and intensity as follows:Â
- Adagio (slow sustained movement for balance & strength)
- Petit Allegro (faster beat movement for speed and jumps))
- Grand Allegro (cardio and powerful movement)
- Active recovery and breathingÂ
- Floor Core and Back for center strength and stabilizationÂ
- Stretch
- Reverence
